Guided Hunting Trips
We hunt the Northwoods of Michigan for Grouse and Woodcock using our English Setters to point birds for the gun. Michigan's season begins September 15th with Woodcock running for 45 days and Grouse continuing to November 14th before taking a break for firearm deer season then opening again for the month of December. Base license and HIP endorsement required. We recommend #7 1/2 or #8 shot in your favorite shotgun (we prefer an old Fox 16 gauge).
